» Zinc plating

We offer three zincification options - "white", "blue"
 and "yellow".
"White" zinc is glossy, warm white colored, coating of 6-9 µm thickness and is produced by using the alkaline coating process. White zinc is used
when the preference is given to the coating's corrosion resistance, rather than its use for decorative purposes. Maximum part dimensions:
300 x 300 x 500 mm.

"Blue" zinc is especially glossy, blue tint colored, coating of 6-9 µm thickness and is produced by using the acidic coating process. After
the process parts become very decorative.
Maximum part dimensions: 1800 x 900 x 500 mm.
"Yellow" zinc coating is extremely resistant to corrosion and has increased mechanical resistance. The coating is produced by using the alkaline coating process and is used when decorative requirements are minimal.
Maximum part dimensions: 400 x 400 x 600 mm.
If necessary or desired by the client, the coating thickness can be 15 - 20 µm.
Capacity of the main coating processes:
"White" zinc - 22000 m2/year;
"Blue" zinc - 12000 m2/year;
"Yellow" zinc - 12000 m2/year.

 » Nickel plating

Nickel plating - a process of galvanic coating with nickel. Nickel plating has a very glossy surface and a warm tone, reminiscent of stainless steel. The coating is very mechanically durable and has high
corrosion resistance. All of this is consistent with the finest decorative properties. Maximum
part dimensions: 800 x 300 x 600 mm. Copper-nickel plating is several times more corrosion
resistant than nickel plating, and in addition, has much higher mechanical resistance - significantly better surface adhesion.
Maximum part dimensions depend on the size of copper plating bath and are 500 x 300 x 500 mm.

 » Electro polishing

Electro polishing of stainless steel provides parts with a special gloss, they become similar to a mirror, but prior to the electro polishing it is necessary to perform mechanical polishing and process welds.
Maximum part dimensions: 900 x 600 x 450 mm.

 » Oxidation

Oxidation - a process during which the oxide coating is formed on the metal surface. Oxidation is also called tarnishment because the job becomes bluish-blackish. Tarnishment - hot oxidation of steel, which highly increases corrosion resistance and partly increases mechanical resistance. Used as a final process in the production of machine and other equipment parts. Parts assume a nice black color, from plain
black to black with a brownish tinge, depending on the type of oxidized steel. Maximum part
dimensions: 900 x 550 x 250 mm.

 » Stamping

One of the two main company's activities is cold stamping of parts. The company currently has over 40 units of hydraulic and pneumatic
presses with capacity from 16 tons to 400 tons. We can stamp parts up to thickness of 4 mm. Parts are manufactured for various industries:
furniture, automotive, electro technical, etc. We stamp from steel, aluminum, stainless steel, brass and copper. We manufacture dies according to the client's preferences.
